Turkey Burger Boss is more than a food business. It’s a labor of love, a legacy in motion, and a classroom for future generations.

Founded by our family as part of a long-term legacy plan, Turkey Burger Boss was born from two things we deeply believe in: the power of food to bring people together, and the responsibility to prepare the next generation for purposeful success.

We believe college offers a valuable academic foundation, but it’s real life that teaches you how to think critically, manage finances, serve others, and steward resources wisely. That’s why we created Turkey Burger Boss as a family-run business where our children and grandchildren can learn hands-on business, operations, and financial skills before they ever step foot on a college campus.
This isn’t just about running a food truck. It’s about raising up future leaders, entrepreneurs, and stewards who understand the value of discipline, teamwork, generosity, and faith.

We’re originally from Chicago, where our family owned a restaurant and earned a reputation for serving up the best turkey burgers anywhere. When it came time to start our legacy plan, we decided to do what we know best something everyone can relate to and enjoy: cooking and eating good food with heart and purpose.
